ICMQ meets KEITI: towards an agreement between EPDItaly and the Korean Program Operator

ICMQ met with a representative of the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute (KEITI), Division of ESG Essentials Support, Office of Life-cycle Assessment, to discuss the prospects of collaboration with EPDItaly.

The discussion focused on the mutual recognition of the Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Product Category Rules (PCRs) adopted by the two Program Operators.

During the meeting, they also went over the details of the upcoming international event organized by KEITI in Korea on October 22, in which ICMQ will participate. The event will feature the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at the mutual recognition of EPDs and PCRs.

This agreement would represent a further expansion of EPDItaly’s international network of mutual recognition.
