New PCR in EPDItaly: CORE PCR for cow, buffalo, sheep and goat milk

EPDItaly is pleased to inform you that the process for the development of the Core-PCR proposed by the University of Siena and the University of Pisa, has come to an end.

Therefore, the new PCR is available in the EPDItaly system:

• EPDItaly042 – CORE PCR for Bovine, Buffalo, Sheep and Goat Milk.

The PCR will be adopted for future publications of EPDs in the EPDItaly system that refer to the above product/service category.

The documents will be available for download once logged into the restricted area.
