{"id":100008379,"date":"2025-10-27T12:27:14","date_gmt":"2025-10-27T11:27:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.epditaly.it\/en\/?p=100008379"},"modified":"2025-10-27T12:27:14","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T11:27:14","slug":"terms-relating-to-the-use-of-epditaly-documents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.epditaly.it\/en\/2025\/10\/27\/terms-relating-to-the-use-of-epditaly-documents\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms relating to the use of EPDItaly documents"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EPDItaly invites you to pay attention to the terms relating to the use of the documents available on the EPDItaly website, which can be downloaded from the following page: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epditaly.it\/en\/downloads\/\">Download \u2013 EPD Italy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transitional period<\/strong>: <u>until 1st October 2026<\/u>, it is possible to develop and publish EPDs in accordance with both Regulations 6.0 and 7.1.<\/p>\n<p>For greater clarity, <strong>the specifications for each relevant document are listed below<\/strong> and are also available in the description of the individual files on the website:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EPDItaly Regulation Rev. 7.1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>o <strong>Starting from 1st October 2026<\/strong>, it will only be possible to develop and publish EPDs in accordance with <strong>Regulation Rev.7.1 and the Annex for Energy and Biogas<\/strong>. For V\/V activities, in accordance with Reg. Rev. 7.1, it will be <u>mandatory <\/u>to use the <strong>EPD CHECK LIST\/LCA TOOL CHECK LIST [Reg. EPDItaly Rev. 7.1]<\/strong> for construction products.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>EPDItaly Regulation Rev. 6.0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Until <u>30th September 2026<\/u>, it will be possible to develop and publish EPDs in accordance with Regulation Rev.6.0 and use either the <strong>Annex for Energy and Biogas or the Annex Information<\/strong> with the following limitations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>31th December 2025: deadline by which it will be possible to publish EPDs using the <strong>Annex Information<\/strong> for construction products. After this date, it will be mandatory to use the <strong>Annex for Energy and Biogas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>30th September 2026: deadline by which it will be possible to publish EPDs using the <strong>Annex Information<\/strong> for non-construction products. After this date, it will be mandatory to use the <strong>Annex for Energy and Biogas.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>31th December 2025: <\/strong>deadline by which it will be possible to use the<strong> EPD CHECK LIST\/LCA TOOL CHECK LIST [Reg. EPDItaly Rev.6.0] <\/strong>for construction products.
